After months of hard work behind the scenes, Captivate podcasters can now request exclusive early access to our beta Zapier integration. Access is invite-only and you can request it right now simply by following the instructions below!
This integration has been a long time coming for us. Our goal in founding Captivate was to give our podcasters the very best tools and resources for optimized podcasting workflow, accessibility and productivity, as well as innovative growth-oriented marketing features.
Zapier is yet another powerful addition to our suite of integrations that will help you automate the everyday tasks and routines necessary to run and grow a podcast, like publishing new episodes, organizing content, scheduling guest interviews, interpreting analytics… the list is endless!

Zapier helps you speed up your podcasting workflow by automating the tasks, routines and manual processes involved in running, marketing and growing your podcast. Better still, it’s free to use (though paid plans are available for more advanced features and flexibility.)
Zapier integrates with over 2000 apps and services – Captivate now included. All you need to do is connect up your most-used apps and start setting up triggers and actions for just about anything, turning manual work into time-saving automated processes.

How To Apply For Early Access to Our Zapier Integration
Eager to add Zapier to your podcasting tool belt? We’re currently working with our podcasters to finalise our Zapier testing and are taking early registrations for beta access before becoming a formal Zapier partner.
Here’s how to apply for the Captivate/Zapier beta invite:
- Make sure you have a Captivate and a Zapier account ready to go.
- Send us a support request over email or via the chat function in the Captivate dashboard.
- We’ll sort you out with early access to the beta so you can start setting up zaps to optimize your podcasting workflow.
The more podcasters get involved with this new integration, the quicker we can make it available to absolutely everybody on Captivate, so we’d love your help.
